Additional Services

In addition to the core brokerage services we provide, we also have available many additional services that can add value to your business.

GROUP-BASED SERVICES:

Customized Benefit Statements

An individualized employee document that demonstrates the true value of employment with your company. It can address your benefit package only, or might include such other items as taxes, parking, bonuses, vacation/holiday time off, etc. Our team will work with you to determine the appropriate scope of information you wish to convey to your staff.

Enrollment Processing

Don’t have time to continually submit enrollment, change and termination forms to your carriers? Let Benefit Priorities take this [often cumbersome] task off your hands.

Eligibility Audits

It is generally a good idea to perform a periodic audit of employee and dependent eligibility on file with each carrier. This prevents claims from being paid on ineligible claimants and may help reduce future rate actions at renewal. The frequency with which an audit should be conducted largely depends on the size of your group.

Wellness Programs and Incentives

There are many ways to encourage and incentivize your employees to think about individual behaviors and living a healthier lifestyle. Just ask us.

INDIVIDUAL-BASED SERVICES:

In certain circumstances, it may be advantageous to offer individual benefits. Benefit Priorities can help with the following products:

Medical/RX

Traditional, short-term and limited medical plans are three of the ways to bridge a coverage gap.

Supplemental Benefits

Supplemental programs can help mitigate the employee’s out-of-pocket costs associated with increasing deductibles and premiums, decreased coverage limits, or non-covered services. Plans are also available to provide additional income during times of disability. (These products can also be offered at a group level as a voluntary benefit.)

Discount Programs

Dental and vision services are two examples that lend themselves well to discount programs, and again, help to reduce individual expenditures that normally would have to be purchased at "retail" prices.

If you have an interest in these additional services, please let us know. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss them with you in specific detail.

Have a need that has not been outlined above? We are a resourceful company and can find a solution to almost any benefits or HR related concern you may have. Tell us what you are looking for and we will graciously provide our expertise and assistance.
